Mobility
3CX enables your mobile phone to function as your office desk phone, allowing you to make and take calls on your “office” phone wherever you are using 4G or WiFi. Calls between extensions are free, so transferring calls between extensions instead of diverting to the mobile phones of remote workers will reduce call charges.

Per user charges sound great until you realise you are paying for calls your clients aren’t making. That’s why Lightwire’s 3CX pricing is based on how many simultaneous calls your customers can make. Every concurrent call uses a channel and users share channels. By sharing channels all users can make and receive calls while using 3CX in the most cost effective manner possible..
The per channel model is a simple concept that makes the uptake cost significantly lower, especially for corporate and enterprise entities.
3CX plans are based on concurrent call volumes, so users can be added as and when required without additional charge.
Not sure how many channels you need? No problem. Lightwire provides real time alerts via email when call volumes hit 75% and/or 100% of available channels, and we can get your channel count increase within 1 business day if required.
Bundled Calling plan
A generous allocation of phone numbers and minutes are included. More mobile minutes can be added to allow for cost effective growth in call volumes.
Boundless Calling plan
Budgetary certainty with boundless fixed and mobile calls to NZ and Australia, even calls to 1300 numbers in Australia are boundless.

14-day Risk Free Trial
You’ll have 14 days to try 3CX, no contracts and totally risk free. We will set you up with test extensions and temporary numbers.
We will be in touch before your trial period ends to see how your experience has been and what you would like to do next. Your 3CX service will stop automatically after the trial ends, so if you don’t like it, you won’t have to do anything. Simple as that.
You can upgrade your 3CX license at any time during your contract term after purchase, but downgrades aren’t possible until term expiry, so best to err on the side of caution and increase channels as required.
Not for the trial, but if you choose to proceed with a purchase, we have a minimum term of 12 months, and lower pricing on 24 and 36 month terms.
