Unfortunately the CSP promotion is currently unavailable. We have received the following email on Friday, 14 August 2020.

We recently identified an issue with the Microsoft 365 Business Voice promotion launched on August 1, 2020 that is being transacted through Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and direct channels. We are currently working to resolve the issue and will no longer be offering the promotion at this time.

Partners transacting in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and direct channels
If you recently purchased the promotion, you will be issued a credit for the difference in price. The credit will be issued automatically, no action is required from your organization. When the Business Voice promotion is available for relaunch we will notify you through a Partner Center notification. During this time, Business Voice is still available through CSP and direct channels at standard rates.

Pause any campaigns and sales motions related to the current Cloud Solution Provider promotion. Stay tuned for more details on the relaunch of the Business Voice promotion.

Great news for Microsoft Partners looking to deploy Teams Calling with Direct Routing to their customers – subscriptions are on sale.
Microsoft is running a promo for CSP partners where existing customers that don’t have an active or recently cancelled (within the last 30 days) Business Voice without Calling Plan subscription, or if your setting up a new tenancy can get a 33% discount on the Business Voice without Calling Plan subscription.
Sounds excellent and given Microsoft 365 Business Voice without Calling plan retails for approximately $18.14 in NZ this discount brings it closer to the Microsoft Phone System subscription cost.
This is great for those who are on 365 Business licenses and can’t get that lower cost add-on which is at a way better price point in my opinion.
Naturally, this means getting started with our Direct Routing calling bundles is even easier, so if you want to get up and running get in touch. Reminder, we don’t supply Microsoft licencing, so contact your CSP/IT provider for pricing, details and to take advantage of this.
