Streamlining Communication: Lightwire’s Email Update

We are excited to announce an important update that aims to streamline our communication and enhance our service responsiveness. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience and simplify our interactions, we have standardised our corporate email addresses.

Going forward, all official communication from Lightwire will now come from addresses ending in @lightwire.co.

This update consolidates our previous division-specific email domains. Until now, our communications were divided among different branches: Lightwire Business used @lightwirebusiness.com, and Lightwire Rural @lightwire.co.nz. These changes are designed to unify our company under one cohesive domain, making it easier for you to recognise and trust the communications you receive from us.

Simplified Communication: All direct communications will now use the @lightwire.co domain. This change reduces confusion and aligns our digital presence with our overarching brand identity.

Dedicated Support Channels Remain Unchanged: We want to reassure you that while we have standardised our main email addresses, the direct support and service channels for specific divisions remain unchanged to ensure you receive the tailored service you need. For instance:

There is no action required on your part concerning these changes. All communications from our previous emails will be automatically redirected to the new @lightwire.co addresses. However, we encourage you to update your records and address book to reflect our new email domain to ensure seamless future communication.
