Teams calling with Direct Routing is fairly new and the provisioning process isn’t always entirely clear, nor is whether or not the feature set will suit your businesses needs. So to make life a little easier we’re going to offer a free trial without any lock in and we do that for every potential new user.

We set you up with a 5 Channel Bundle, provide you with a configuration guide, and help you get going. We don’t touch your Microsoft environment. But we will answer any questions as you follow the steps and make sure you get up and running.

Because you will have control over the way the Teams calling instance is configured you will be able to fully deploy a proof of concept with IVR, hunt groups etc. to ensure that all of the required elements are compliant.

That is very different than 3CX where you can’t as easily do that with the free trial we offer. So basically you’re going to know whether or not it does what it needs to do before you lock your business into an agreement and purchase licences from Microsoft.
